What does being a 2-10 HBW member mean for you and your home?

2-10 HBW only accepts the best builders into their Home Buyers Warranty program. To become a member, Westerra Homes went through an extensive screening process, measuring our building practices against strict underwriting guidelines to ensure we maintain a high quality product in addition to a careful inspection of our workmanship.

When you purchase or build your new home, you will receive a copy of the structural home warranty contract explaining what is covered as well as our maintenance book, giving you tips on how take care of your new home. The 2-10 HBW warranty is transferable, ultimately increasing the resale value of your Westerra Home should you decide to sell.

WHAT IS COVERED?

10 years of structural defect coverage for all load-bearing components.

2 years of coverage against defects in wiring, piping, and all the ductwork in electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilating, cooling and mechanical systems.

1 year of coverage against defects in our workmanship and materials.
